Dale started WWS Plumbing and Heating in 2007 with a clear mission. To provide a dependable, friendly, high quality service that customers could trust. Over 15 years later the business has grown, but Dale remains committed to the same principles that built the company. Today he leads a strong team of skilled plumbers, heating engineers, and installation specialists who take pride in their work and care about the people they serve.

“I started out in business back in 2007, 15 years ago. I wanted to offer a quality, reliable, personal service at an affordable price. Since then we have grown to a team of six, to include the highest quality plumbers, technicians, and heating engineers who share my goals, ensuring we remain true to our roots.”

James joined WWS two and a half years ago. His carpentry background combined with his plumbing expertise makes him an exceptional bathroom installer. He specialises in bespoke bathroom fitting and also supports a wide range of plumbing work. His skill, precision, and creativity ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Carl has been part of WWS since the early days. After attending college with Dale back in 2003, he has spent years perfecting his craft. Carl covers all aspects of plumbing, with key strengths in boiler installations, heating upgrades, and large scale heating systems. His attention to detail and consistent high standards have made him a favourite among long standing customers.

Cullum began his journey at WWS as the company’s first apprentice eight years ago. He is now completing his Gas Safety Certificate and has developed into a highly skilled engineer. His main strengths include boiler and heating upgrades, and he often works alongside Carl. His positive attitude and commitment to customers make him a valued member of the team.

Ollie joined WWS in January 2024 on a four year apprenticeship. He is learning quickly and gaining hands on experience with all aspects of plumbing, heating, and bathroom installations. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a great fit for the WWS team, and he is already becoming a trusted support on both small and large projects.

Ollie Holden has been with WWS for three and a half years. He specialises in domestic boiler servicing and breakdowns and works with all major boiler brands. Alongside this he assists with both plumbing and heating faults. His thorough approach and problem solving skills ensure customers receive reliable, long lasting solutions.
